It took us almost 4 hours to get to the airport.

We were flying with Ryanair to Canary Island's smallest island - Lanzarote.
You can park in front of the Orio Al Serios'
airport for 5 minutes to kiss and then fly away.
Total paid return tickets for two persons were 172euros (86euros per person)
plus extra 25euros for 1st checked bag 15kg
(so we could put all the bought stuff in it, because of course you cannot carry fluids in the hand luggage).
We flew for 4 hours (Lanzarote is one hour behind us - that's is what you can notice on the Ryanair's reservation: it says from 3 hours Milan to Lanzarote and 5 hours Lanzarote to Milan).
It's just the time zone.
After 4 hours we landed by the sea. We landed at 18:15 pm and I recall walking outside with my coat on, because I totally forgot it won't be necessary.
We landed into 21 degrees Celsius' territory ...
I knew at some point we would walk out of the airport and had to hop on the bus to get to our room.
Only had this in my phone's gallery, but helped a lot.
Our apartment was in Costa Teguise so we had to take the bus number 22 /23 from the airport and
hop off in Arrecife (the capital of Lanzarote) where we had to switch for the bus number 1.
The best station to get off was Pueblo Marinero from where you just had to
walk about 3 minutes to get to Oceano Apartments.

Studio Standard - 7 nights (1 room for two persons): 168euros for both (84euros per person).
We booked it in advance (in June).
Going out for dinner.
Decent prices, delicious food, wifi (!) and strong drinks.
Surfing day 1 (beginners level) with Lavaflow Surfing School.
For a day it costed us 30euros per person, so for three days 90euros alltogether.
Great experience, but wouldn't do it again.
